End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
The icon asset pack ("Icons") is provided under a friendly license. Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Icons for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.


2. No Further Payment
This license is granted with no requirement for additional payments. You are entitled to use the Icons without incurring further charges beyond the initial purchase fee.

3. Restrictions on Use
While the Icons can be freely used, certain restrictions apply:
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Icons in any form. The Icons may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. 4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Icons, including intellectual property rights, remain with the original author. This license does not transfer ownership.

5. Liability
The Icons are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The author shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Icons.

6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Failure to comply with any terms will result in automatic termination of this license.
